Provide Empowering Opportunities

By becoming an Impact Sponsor, you will support an individual on their Mission Possible journey. Through the Employment Readiness Program, MP associates gain essential skills for getting back to work, helping them gain stability and a sustainable livelihood.

As an Impact Sponsor, your contribution fully financially supports a program participant during their six-month contract in our program.

Support Someone From Start to Finish

The cost of an Impact Sponsorship, $5,000, covers every cost associated with providing empowering opportunities for the associate in order to lower barriers and make their return to employment as accessible as possible.

Costs covered for the associate includes:

Wage subsidy

Uniforms & equipment

Workshops & on the job training

Wrap around supports

Transportation to and from jobs

Ongoing, one-on-one coaching

Follow Along on the Journey

Throughout a program participant's six month journey at Mission Possible, you will receive two reports sharing their challenges, successes, and current goals.

These reports are created just for you to follow their transformation as they build momentum through meaningful employment.

To save on fees, you can also e-transfer Mission Possible or get in touch with us at development@mission-possible.ca!

E-transfer donate@mission-possible.ca and follow it with an email to the same address with your name, email, and address for tax receipt purposes. You may also share this information in the message of the e-transfer!

Who can Become an Impact Sponsor?

Anyone! Individuals, families, groups of friends and/or colleagues, companies, and organizations can all become Impact Sponsors.

Only two reports will be generated per sponsorship, but groups are welcome to share the reports with their contributors, or we're also happy to send along your reports to multiple email addresses if you wish. Some companies like to print out a copy of their quarterly reports and post them in lunchrooms or shared spaces so their teams can follow the progress.
