Attending the Gala this year has been a deeply appreciated privilege for the Strand team. Employees who attended expressed their appreciation for the Momentum Award winner’s story, which highlighted the profound impact of our Employment Readiness Program on his life. Further, attendees were inspired by Mission Possible's commitment to giving people second chances and appreciated the auction. One attendee from Strand shared, “Regardless of your situation, no matter how tough it may be, there is still a chance for change. Mission Possible shows that they have been the change in a community where attention is much needed and have shown light when some may have thought that there was no light. I appreciate Strand's long standing support for this cause as it has a direct impact on someone’s life."

The dedication of Mission Possible's staff and the transformative impact of donations, including those from Strand, showcase the tangible difference that can be made in the community. This is echoed by a Strand employee sharing, “The results are clear - an upfront investment to sponsor an individual in the Employment Readiness Program can be the catalyst needed for them to re-enter the job market enabling a lifetime of self-sufficiency and financial security.”
