PBX Engineering, a longtime supporter of Mission Possible, is a professional consulting firm specializing in electrical and systems engineering. From donating auction prizes for our gala to volunteering at our Power Breakfast, to sponsorships, such as their recent support as an Impact Sponsor, PBX has been directly supporting Mission Possible for many years.
Supporting communities where they live and work is incredibly important to PBX, who have assisted several local charities over the years. Experiencing Mission Possible’s programs first-hand through our Power Breakfast, inspired them to become even more involved. CEO Ian Steele shares:

Impact Sponsors support two individuals through the Employment Readiness Program by covering the cost of wages, training, equipment, uniforms, and ongoing coaching. PBX has been an Impact Sponsor since December 2019 and receives quarterly updates on the positive effects their sponsorship has had. These updates relay how associates are adapting to the program, their goals and their successes.
“[The quarterly report] engenders engagement and keeps momentum for our continued support,” Ian comments. “Learning about the life changing experiences that Mission Possible has made possible has been so rewarding and so memorable.”
The PBX team also enjoys attending our annual gala, and notes, “hearing first-hand accounts of the difference that our support makes leaves a lasting impression, and watching Fred Lee auction off the ‘treasure chest’ is an event not to be missed!”
We are so grateful for the continuous support from PBX Engineering as we work together as a community to assist people in their efforts to return to work.
It costs $500 per month to cover the costs of training, uniforms, equipment, bi-weekly coaching, and hard-earned wages for our associates. For a lump sum of $6,000 or monthly donations of $500, you can be a hero, like PBX, to two individuals by becoming an Impact Sponsor. You will receive quarterly progress reports tracking their goals and capacity building, as well as our immense gratitude. Impact Sponsors can be individuals, groups, or an organization!
