Transform Lives Through Meaningful Work With a Gift to Mission Possible in Your Will
“It is deeply moving and truly humbling to know that individuals and families choose to include Mission Possible in their will. Being entrusted with someone’s legacy is a profound responsibility—one we hold with the utmost care and gratitude. We are truly honoured to work hand in hand with our donors, ensuring that their generous gift continues to create lasting change in the lives of Downtown Eastside residents for years to come.”
- Matthew Smedley, Executive Director of Mission Possible
Leaving a legacy gift in your will means that you will inspire change in your lifetime and beyond.
Our goal at Mission Possible is to empower individuals who face barriers to the traditional workforce with a renewed sense of dignity and purpose through meaningful work.
As many of these barriers are a result of systemic issues that don’t have just one solution, we know our work in the Downtown Eastside community will be crucial in the long term.
By establishing your legacy today, you will help Mission Possible create lasting change for years to come.
Getting Started
Step 1: Determine how much you have to give, including your home, investments, valuables, and more.
Step 2: Consider what you will leave your loved ones and involve them in your decision to give charitably. You can take care of your family and support the causes you care about.
Step 3: Meet with a financial advisor or estate planner to update or create your will. Remember to reflect on what's important to you.
