Business Development Director

Hardeep is the Business Development Director for Mission Possible, which means she manages the business aspects of the social enterprise. She oversees sales, capacity planning, client relationships, contracts, the budget, and finances to ensure that the goals of Mission Possible are met.

With a background in operation management and business development, Hardeep brings years of leadership experience, including in the cleaning industry. Hardeep has successfully lead multiple teams with a variety of projects over her career. She has also developed systems for companies to ensure the success of an organization and build better industry standards. Hardeep is excited to help create as many opportunities as possible. 

Hardeep believes in leading people with respect and kindness, while helping people achieve their goals. She focuses on empowering those around her to be the best versions of themselves. She embodies the values of MP and encourages those around her. Hardeep's background is an asset that will help develop and grow the organization. Her goal in life is to help people create a foundation for their lives by being able to provide stable employment, which is what lead her to Mission Possible.
