Michelle Lackie
Deputy Director
Michelle Lackie (she/her) is the Deputy Director at Mission Possible, an organization that transforms lives by helping people experience a renewed sense of dignity and purpose.
For the previous four years, Michelle was the executive director of Exchange Inner City. Michelle has more than 25 years’ experience in non-profit management and social change work.
She teaches the Strategy and Leadership Course in SFU’s Continuing Studies department. She holds an MBA in non-profit management from the Heller School of Social Policy at Brandeis University and a BEd from McGill University.
Michelle lives, works and plays in the unceded territory of the Musqueam, Sḵwx̱wú7mesh* and Tsleil-Waututh nations with her husband and son.
